This notice explains how Doublecup handles the information you send through our project enquiry form. It is intentionally limited to that enquiry workflow.

What we collect

We collect your name, work email, company or brand, project type, budget range, timeline, and the project information you choose to include. Our anti-spam provider may process technical information needed to distinguish legitimate submissions from automated abuse.

Why we use it

We use the information to review your enquiry, decide whether Doublecup is a suitable fit, reply to you, and manage a potential working relationship. We do not use project-form details to add you to a marketing list.

Who processes it

The website runs on Cloudflare. Cloudflare Turnstile protects the form from automated abuse. Resend processes the emails that deliver your enquiry and confirmation. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy documentation.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry information only for as long as it is reasonably needed to respond, follow up, maintain business records, or resolve a dispute. We do not maintain a separate website database of form submissions in this initial setup.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete enquiry information we hold, subject to any records we are required to retain. Email hello@doublecup.cc.

Changes

If our data practices change—for example, if we add analytics, a CRM, or a newsletter—we will update this notice before using information for those purposes.
